Het is een fijne faciliteit dat iedere slaapkamer zijn eigen sanitair heeft (toilet en douche/bad).
In algemene zin is het interieur wat gedateerd, en de keuken wat sleets.

Alles was prima geregeld we hebben het reuze naar onze zin gehad mede door het mooie weer , veel buiten geleefd.
Schilderwerk binnen is matig maar daar gaan jullie in het najaar mee aan de slag vertelde je in vorige mail

The house is located in a wooded area, perfect for walking, cycling or to explore by car.
The cozy center of Lochem is around 3 km away.
The region is known for the forests, ancient castles, farmhouses and historic towns such as the Hanseatic cities of Zutphen and Deventer.
Within walking distance (about 10 minutes) is the (municipal) subtropical swimming paradise 'De Beemd´, 7 km away is the Lochemse Golf & Country Club ´De Graafschap´.

Holiday Lochem is a spacious house (100 m2) on the ground floor, modern furnished and located in a quiet and wooded park.

Our house has four bedrooms each with its own bathroom (with toilet and sink and shower or bath).
The living room has a fireplace, a 80 cm flat screen TV, DVD player and free internet.
The open kitchen is equipped with fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemachine and kettle.
The Large terrace (very private) is located on the south with sufficient terracefurniture.
The house is located on a quiet park (Buitencentrum Ruighenrode) with few amenities. The adjacent park (Ruighenrode) has many facilities (including bike rental, a recreational lake, tennis, mini-golf, restaurant, snack bar, terrace on the water).
The house can accommodate up to 10 people plus baby.
